Default Must Read Book!

I got a book yesterday at Target and it's simply wonderful! It's called "Tales from the Scale." It's the story of 6 different overweight women on different subjects such as how they got to where they are, their issues with being overweight, weigh-ins, and "sex and the fat woman." I'm only on the second section right now but it's very inpiring. Highly reccommend

Absolutely! I LOVE this book. I remember there were some passages towards the end that were especially poignant and really hit home with me. This book had me laughing and crying and continually nodding my head in agreement. It's a definite must read and I would recommend it to any woman who struggles with her weight like we do. Thanks for starting this thread Stacy, and getting the word out about such an awesome must read.

I'd recommend it as well! I read it twice, it's both so inspiring and so "hit-the-nail-on-the-head" at the same time.
