Today started off great, I went to the gym before work and did my cardio and circuit training .I feel pretty good right now but am expecting to hit a brick wall sometime around 3pm . I'm also eating out twice today, it's a co-workers 50th bday so we're doing lunch then I'm going out to dinner with the husband this evening. I need willpower dust mailing to me, asap!
Today I will eat:-
Breakfast - pre gym: 1/2 wholewheat bagel, 1tbls peanut butter, post gym:bowl oatmeal w/1tbls honey, 1/4 cup walnuts (these were a big mistake, 20g of fat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll go easy on these next time), coffee.
Snack - banana
Lunch - we're going to Logan's Roadhouse, I've checked out the online menu and they offer salmon so am going to have that w/steamed veggies
Snack - if I'm still hungry, kashi bar
Dinner - we're going to Beauregards, best chicken wings evah! I'm going to have a buffalo chicken salad though, with hot sauce, and no dressing. This will take immense willpower to not order blue cheese dressing, pray for me hahaha!
Water - 2 liters +
Exercise - did 30 mins ellipitcal machine for cardio and 40 mins (getting faster!!!!) circuit training w/weights before work this morning.
Phew! Long post, sorry all!

In an effort to drag myself out of this hole of complacency (or rather busy thinking about other things hole) .... today I'm going to exercise and log my food at fitday. Sounds simple but folks ... when I back slide ..... I back slide!

definitely not!!
i changed my plan too
i forgot to bring lunch its at home in my fridge,
so i got a lf cottage cheese with pinapple (1 c. total)
and a much needed energy drink (diet) for lunch.
i am already on my 2nd liter of h20 woo hoo.
to revise the plan im going to have soup... AND an egg white scramble with some turkey, spinach and maybe a bit of that feta like cheese... yum!
and btw was very sad to see the scale go up a half a pound this am (had been so good thought for sure it would be down) that i am going to limit my calories a bit more. i was keeping them at around 1500 and now im going to try 1300 for the rest of the week,.. and if that doesnt help 1200 next week.
best wishes for the rest of the day!

Just got back from my co-workers bday lunch, I had the salmon as planned plus broccoli and a baked sweet potato. I also had 2 x mozerella sticks and 1 x chicken wing as appetiser. It gets worse. I co-erced one of my colleagues into splitting a brownie dessert with me, luckily I managed to only eat a couple of bites before he finished it with another colleague.
Dinner tonight, I'm going to have to play it very safe to not go over 1600 cals.
So we're all buckling a little, oh well! It's not like we all went mad and each devoured a bag of hershey kisses!
