i would love to get anyones insight on my "diet" (ie food i am consuming) and would be happy to do the same! would anyone be interested in having a thread where we check out peoples fitday (or whatever you use) to encourage, support and offer suggestions?
can also offer new recipies or food suggestions to meet nutrition goals etc?
I will not let stress, unexpected surprises, or lack of planning derail my plans to be the best, most fit, healthiest me.
