The best way, for many of us, to lose weight is to find your calorie level and start counting.
I fully understand the lure of these diets, as we believe that once we see a little drop in weight it will encourage us to lose more. Unfortunately, once we go off the diet (because, frankly, most of them are impossible to stick to long term) we DO put the weight back on because we didn't teach ourselves good habits to start with. If 'diets' worked, we wouldn't be overweight. And dieting, truthfully, will just make you heavier.
Start making small changes you can live with and forget the diets. Seriously. You'll be glad you did
