My company just sent this out to us - you should be able to get to it from anywhere (it is a PDF file). There is a some things I knew already and some things I didn't. It is a good read in my opinion.

Thanks so much for sharing this. This helps to confirm that what I am doing will eventually work. I'm the type of person that if you tell me that I can't have a particular food then that is the food that I will then crave. This is really good info.
I am going to share this with my co-workers as we are getting ready to start a weight loss challenge at work.
