Exclamation need some "STEP AWAY FROM THE FRIDGE" vibes!!!!!!!!!

okay ladies (and gents) i need some "no more snacking" vibes. ive eaten my dinner and added a cup of vanilla yog for dessert. i am DONE. i'm already high on cals... over 1600 and i want to eventually be 12-1400.

i need some borrowed will power.


i saw a ad for pizza and the cravings are beyond crazy.



i can do this right? i feel like if i can just do tonight- i can do the next day.

Brush teeth.
Eat a pickle.
Drink herbal tea.
Go for a walk.
Pick up some knitting.
Call your mom (if possible, or a chatty friend).
Take a bath.
Start a pedicure.
Organize a closet.
Sort the mail.
Do a load of laundry.
Write a letter.
If you have a weight loss chart or before pictures, go look at them.

the really good Crest whitening strips! They should stay on your teeth an hour and they are so expensive that you won't waste them!!!

In an hour, the mood has passed and your teeth are gorgeous!

That is a great idea.. About the crest white strips. I never thought of that..And the brushing the teeth is good too. Cause after you brush you teeth if you eat it will taste nasty. I just stay up stairs. I live in a townhouse. Downstairs is where the refriderater is but also where my exersize gararge is.. So its a good place and a bad place. I find that if I watch t.v upstairs or work on my homework or play on the computer I dont eat cause i am so lazy I dont want to go down stairs and then back up..

Man, I understand this! Last night I also was in one of those, "Well, a few crackers wouldn't hurt me..." moods, when a commercial came on full of skinny girls in bikinis. I got a glass of water instead.

So apparently that's all it takes-- reinforcement. Put some pictures on your fridge and cupboards of overweight and healthy people, so the difference will be blatantly obvious. Every time you want to go for food, you'll see them and have to make a choice.

Brush your teeth is my #1 thing

If that does not work I would eat acouple hot banana peppers they help speed up metabo.

Keep a sexy image in your head or up on the fridge so it can look at you when you walk in there.

..OH yeah Hollizle...that is my thing!! I have a picture pre-kids on my fridge....and I tell ya, it stops me from opening it up and seeing what I can snack on!!lmao
and when I get like that I also guzzle down a massive glass of water it swells your belly, and makes you full!!

woohoo! I did it! I didn't snack.


Bad news though- i gained a pound and a half! :-0 Im going to put it down to a fluke... but still enter it in fitday. Thanks for the support!

a pound isnt bad and it could just be water gain.....good job on the no snaking..........that is half of your battle won!!
