okay ladies (and gents) i need some "no more snacking" vibes. ive eaten my dinner and added a cup of vanilla yog for dessert. i am DONE. i'm already high on cals... over 1600 and i want to eventually be 12-1400.
i need some borrowed will power.
i saw a ad for pizza and the cravings are beyond crazy.
i can do this right? i feel like if i can just do tonight- i can do the next day.
