Default back to smaller meals and question

After a horrendous 2 weeks of overeating and not exercising, it is now time to get back in the groove.
The thing is, after pigging out everyday for so long, my stomach has probably stretched out and I can now eat a whole lot more food before being full than before. My question is ...how long before it shrinks again.
I am back to eating smaller meals spaced out throughout the day so I never get all the way full.

Thanks

Bulk everything up with extra veggies and salad...fills me up but doesn't add a lot of calories.

Sorry I don't really have an answer for how long it takes to shrink back.

It takes some time, both to stretch and to shrink. Probably two weeks isn't enough time, so don't worry about that. Just stick to your plan. The idea from chick in that hat about filling up with vegetables is a good one--but remember, the point isn't to "feel full," it's to feel like you've eaten the right things, things you need and that are good for you.
