Well, after a not-even-close-to-perfect weekend, I'm back here to start my week off right!
  • whole-wheat English muffin w/peanut butter and banana slices
  • instant oatmeal
  • whole-wheat bagel w/peanut butter and strawberry jelly
  • pineapple
  • dinner TBD
That leaves me up to 870 calories for dinner (before-dinner total is 930). so I should definitely be able to stick to that (to keep me below 1800 for the day).

#1 maple almond oatmeal with flax
#2 protein shake
#3 protein bar, Rome apple
#4 protein pudding
#5 salad, 2 corn tostadas with FF refried beans/soy meat, tomatoes, soy cheese and salsa
#6 pear parfait with low cal ice cream

This morning at the gym 30 min Stairmaster plus upper body weights, maybe some time on the elliptical. After work, quick run at the park with friend.

That's the plan and I'm sticking to it!

I woke up STARVING this morning. Guess thats the downfall of not enough calories the day before. Therefore I splurged on breakfast.

1/2 bagel
2 eggs (from the deli so you know they arent that healthy)

in my lunch bag today though I brought:
1 banana
1 apple
string cheese
brown rice with steamed veggies
animal crackers (mostly cause they were just sitting around the house and i knew i would never eat them there)

tonight its a 1 mile jog, weights, 1 mile jog

tonight not sure what i am having. theres tons of food there, and all healthy so i am good to go!

My weekend eating was much better than usual so I'm feeling good about this week.

Breakfast: leftover sweet potato hash browns from yesterday morning, 1 poached egg. Tea.

Snack: baby carrots, maybe some almonds

Lunch: white bean and pepper soup with rotini, 1/2 a wheat bagel with cream cheese

Snack: apple and peanut butter

Dinner: Chilli and fries. I made some enchiladas last night from a recipe on this site and they made me feel sick to my stomach . They were supposed to be for dinner tonight too but no way jose for me thank you very much. The hubbie of course thought they were fab.

Water: 2L, already doing good managed to glug down 0.5 L in the car on the way to work.

Breakfast went to plan, so far so good!

Well, I still don't know what dinner will be, but I ended up not having my planned breakfast, so the bagel w/peanut butter and jelly is now out the window, and probably the pineapple as well (since it's already almost 1pm). I may come in waaaaay low on cals today (unintentionally)...

Okay,

Breakfast was a wrap with 1 egg, 1 egg white, low-carb tortilla, slice of 2% cheese, half serving of Jimmy Dean turkey sausage.

Lunch planned: Leftover stirfry with chicken, ww noodles and added veggies. A small side of lean chinese barbecue pork and hot mustard sauce. Yum!

Dinner is: Spinach/romaine salad, venison meatloaf, brown rice.

Evening snack: Happy apple.

Weightlifting: Shoulders
Aerobic: Cathy Smith step aerobics--partway through advanced level.

I made soup and sandwiches for the fella's that are here siding my house but they ate bagged lunches. So ... my men can have soup and sandwiches for supper and I can have whatever I want. Maybe some of the fat free turkey I bought for them

I'm waaaay better today. I really like my own environment.

Perfect day, well that would be weigh in at 168 (BMI 24.85) and then celebrate!!!

(I actually did a weights session, and ate my normal food (with the addition of some crisps at a seminar), so not too much hardcore celebration going on, but I'd still say that's perfect

Had my coffee flavored protein shake on the road this morning then my lunch on the way home (protein bar and apple). Feeling good so I should be able to have my protein pudding then run right after work and come home for a healthy dinner.

I HAD MY PERFECT DAY! Everything...eating, exercise, the whole shebang. Such a great feeling. Now if only the scale could reflect my hard work

I had a pretty good day yesterday too... it tends to go like that! I just don't know what's going on with the results! I'm starting to change things up a bit and not worry about the scales too much! I felt my PJ bottoms were looser last night while I was weightlifting (don't worry I lift at home!) and I think I'm losing inches now rather than pounds so it's all good!
