eat very little fat
***************
You *might* want to rethink that.
The body NEEDS fat, and fat is not the enemy. The trick is to eat the *right* fats. Extra virgin olive oil is the best.
Fat free and low fat stuff isn't calorie free, and often contains as much, or nearly as much as the regular stuff.
So, give that a try. Add a teaspoon or tablespoon of olive oil a day.

I use olive oil (or canola) when and if I use oil at all. I also eat quite a bit of nuts. I take fish oil every day. Things like that

Thank you
I won't be eating much the next couple of days, however. I'm having a tooth pulled today.
Fun!

No, I didn't, hon. I haven't really been around much lately. I come in, read a few posts, maybe post some responses, and take off again.
