Ok I got a late start to my day...I had to go get some blood taken But I did get a special K bar and will have a griled chicken sandwish for lunch I am going to try to get some fish for supper...mmmmmm... I love fish and dont get it as offten as I want it ...
I am going to keep the cals low and get my walk in I will do my workout tonight I love useing the 3lbs weights I got ....Now I got to think about tomorrow???? I will have to get to thinking about that one .....
I have been doing well today..I just got back from my walk and whew!!! it was great today high 60s and loads of sun I can only think of what it will be in the summer time with well over 100s in Aug....will post later...better get back to work before i get told to leave....lol.

Yeah, after I posted that I had done so well, I went and had a 200 calorie snack. I still stayed under my calories used, but it was not the best I could have done. My upcoming TOM had me craving salt a lot yesterday and I gave in with some snack crackers.
I did soooo good during the day everything as planned but then night came and I decided to add in unaccounted graham cracker pretzels followed by gobs of peanut butter, 3 marshmallow peeps and a mini chocolate candy. I only allow myself peanut butter once per week and was supposed to wait till sunday so that was a bad move on my part. today will be better!
