Would anyone like to join me in a Binge Free Challenge
The goal is to have as many binge free days as possible. A binge is not just overeating, it's when you sit down and eat until you're bulging or sometimes even feeling sick For me most bingeing is on sugary foods. I will eat a king sized bar of chocolate and mousse and fduge and ice cream and a whole lot besides but it has to stop!
For a while I was really good but the bingeing has started to creep back. Starting today I want to aim for 5 binge free days this week, 6 next week and then an entire binge free week
