Is my goal weight realistic?
Hello ladies! I havn't posted in 6 mo. and I'm trying to get back into this diet thing. In 21, about 165lbs, 5'7, and a mother of 2. My youngest is turning 1 on the 20th. I've lost about 25lbs in the last year not really trying so that was awesome. I want to get back down to my pre-pre-prenancy weight of 135lbs but I'm wondering if that's a realistic goal. Has my body just changed too much?
Have my hips spread too much to ever be a size 5 again? Any input would be appriciated. |
Sounds realistic to me :)
That's where I'm headed and I believe I'll make it. I too have gone through pregnancy and all that. It's not stopping me any! ;) |
Sounds realistic to me too.

I'm 5'7" myself and got to 135 eventually. I spent about 6 months at 140, though!

I think the weight itself is realistic. But, do consider that 135 post pregnancy may not look the same as 135 pre-pregnancy. That's not to say that you can't still have an awesome body or one that is just as shapely as before you had children - it just may be different.
