umm i didn't see a new one, so i just went ahead to post
B-1/2 c all bran, 1 c soy milk
s-1/2 c cottage cheese, carrots, broc, snap peas
s-apple, 1 tbsp natural PB
l-1/2 c black beans, broc slaw (no dressing), soy sauce, 2 c raw spinach
s-1/2 c plain non fat yogurt
d-1/2 c ww pasta, 15 shrimp, olives, spinach, broc, tomato
s-sugar free hot chocolate, 1/2 c skim milk
