Default Ketostix?

Hi, everone!

I was just reading about these things that analyze your urine for ketones to show you if you're losing weight or not. Have any of you used these? Did they help you stay on track/encouraged? I'm looking forward to your feedback! Thanks!

They show you if you are producing ketones as a result of fat burning. Not really needed but sometimes used by folks on Atkins. They are also used by diabetics.

Default Target

I found them at Target in the diabetic testing supplies section. $9.48 for a box of 50.
