I've been lurking for about a week now checking things out- I finally registered and am looking to meet people in the same situation as me.
I just started the SBD a week ago(with doctor's suggestion) and so far so good.I lost a few pounds before starting on Slim Fast but had to stop after talking to my doctor. I have insulin resistance and the sugar in those shakes was only making things worse. I am really liking SBD and so far no real problems. My only "concern" is- what to have for lunches BESIDES salad. I'm a little picky when it comes to food so I'm having a more difficult time I think. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
