I put some sugar on my porridge this morning. About 3 teaspoons. It was white sugar.
I'm now feeling surprisingly bad. I've got a headache and I'm shaking and feel a bit dizzy. I don't think I'm tired (well I feel tired but I slept well) or anything. I've been keeping my water levels up cos I was slightly dehydrated this morning. Do you think this could be the sugar? I don't usually have sugar on anything like that any more. I was just out of fruit to put in my porridge! In fact I don't often have sugar full stop!
Has anyone else had anything like this happen? Bad sugar, naughty sugar, why would you do this to me???
