Hello Forum! My doctor just told me that I have high blood pressure and to start losing weight now with the DASH diet. Is there anyone here who is also on this diet who can give some advice or can tell me if the DASH diet is similar to any of the other diets that are discussed in this forum? Thanks, Debra
has the best information and you can download the booklet or have them send you one for free. It took a bit of adjusting - sometimes I find that it's too much food - I'm not big on snacks during the day. My doctor really stressed exercise (I'm 20 lbs overweight) - said that exercising would make the biggest difference.
