Never mind weekly goals - my goal for today is to not laze around, actually do my weights this afternoon and practise some back kicks and eat healthily!

Had a rough weekend and feel like I want to go back to bed RIGHT NOW! Once I get today straightened out, the rest of the week should be no problem! So goal for the next few hours - get me to Tesco and buy me some healthy food, cos right now there's only Mars Bars and yoghurts in the fridge!

Goal for today: Get my a$$ in gear and do my weights and kicks

Goal for the rest of the week: no slacking and carry on as usual!

Hi everyone,
I will be without my trusty computer for about 3 days or so
I have been having problems with it and it also needs a new CDRW drive so I found someone to tear it apart and work on it over this next week. I'm just hoping I will get it back in one peice lol. I should probably just break down and buy a new one but that won't be happening anytime soon.
See ya all when I come back...........Good luck with your weekly goals

Oh foof. Well I think i really am not addicted to diet coke any more (it's been almost a week and not even a craving! )
I was grazing around for a few hours before dinner, and took an extra handful of pasta afterwards (but only one handful! even if it was rather large...), but no major binge so far. I read your advice DustBunnies, and it was completely spot on! I think I will go tomorrow without bingeing and try not to graze around too much. Planning planning planning....

HELLOOOOOoooo.......
Where is Blyss, YellowSub, Wyllen, Dietcokeaddict, Haleys, Whitedove33, Safiyah is fluffy, TMunday, 2frustrated, and...angel_rose105?

It's the middle of the week and I was just curious on how everyone is doing with their "baby goals"

Me...well..I am doing pretty good with MOST of the goals I set for myself.
I've been walking my dog for a good 30 mins every morning going about 3.5 mph (poor CodyBear don't like when I show him the leash no more LMAO)
I've been doing my WATP dvd and my strength training too. I went to the gym today and although I got a good workout...I actually didn't care for it much. I prefer walking the desert like a bum and finding things on the side of the road and it's a great way to meet the neighbors or at least their big rotwiellers HAHAHA..

My BIG problem is H2O..or the lack of it I should say.
I dont drink any soda...at all..quit 14 days ago...but I am having a hard time getting in more than 64oz of water aday...somedays I may only sip on a 16.9 oz bottle ALL DAY...
I tried adding that crysal light but havent yet found a flavor I like
So..that is something I am working on and will no doubt be my biggest challenge.

I have been able to control my "homer" moments and make wiser choices when it comes to snacking.
I made homemade Fudge for my hubby who is currently deployed with the U.S Navy and except for licking my fingers here and there, I managed not to have any myself. I packed my husbands in containers and got it ready for shipping and the rest of the fudge left over went to all my neighbors.

Let me know how you guys are going.....remember...if we don't meet our goals this week...NO BIGGIE...we can try again next week.

So far so good for me for the most part! Tomorrow is my weigh in so we shall see the results tomorrow. I am doing better with the coffee.. using a smaller cup... and less splenda. So that is definetely a plus!

Hi everybody!
I'm new here too. I just found this site today. But I'll jump right in.
My goals for this week:
Exercise at LEAST 30 mins everyday
Drink my 8 glasses of water.
Make a new plan for how to get this weight off.
I read a quote that always made sense to me....a goal without a plan is just a wish.
This is a GREAT site! So glad I found it. I think I'll like it here.
Becky

Hiya Becky...
Welcome welcome welcome...You have some great goals there and I am sure you will find a weightloss plan that fits your needs and that helps you to sucessfully lose the pounds forever.

Don't worry if you don't quite meet your goals each week. This is not a contest and we are not trying to keep up with anyone. Just remember, IT'S NO BIGGIE!! We just keep at it until we accomplish it!!

p.s...is your weight tracker accurate??
