Just turned 50 and need to loose 25 lb at least. I was looking at my pyramid.gov and was wondering if it might be a good free weight loss tool?
Any insight would be appreciated. I need to lose weight not money!
Just my 2 cents... It looks a little bit time consuming... but I do like the Pyramid Sheets that you can print out to track what you eat. That would help me to plan meals too.
