Like everyone has already said, DRINK WATER!!
Sure, if you drink a bunch of water, and then go hop on the scale, I'm sure it is going to go up a bit, but its not like you just gained a bunch of fat or anything.
As a scale addict myself, if you are going to hop on the scale every day multiple times a day, you will have to get used to the fluctuations in the scale, other wise you're going to get upset. I step on the scale every time I go in the bathroom. I know its not recommended that you do that, but its become a habit for me. This was the first week that I let myself get freaked out about the ups (and downs, but it was mostly ups this week) on the scale, and was all worried that I had gained or not lost anything this week. Well when I stepped on the scale on my official weigh in day, I was down 1.5 lbs.. so I worried over nothing.
Drink your water!
