I dont have any problem with Weight Watchers. If something is working for you and its a healthy way to a new life style change than thats all that matters. If this is helping you and you are learning a new way of eating and exersising that helps to benifit you , I say great.
I have never been to Weight Watchers myself so I cant say from exsperiance on how I think it is.
Alot of people have done it and it didnt work for them but also a lot have and it did. If its working for you and its helping you understand what you have to change in your habits to increase and obtain weight loss then great.
