maybe changing up your routine might help, Are you stressing about something and your mind is elsewhere except focused on you.
When your are not your main priorty you tend to not do the things you should be doing.
Look at what you are doing to continue your process.
Are you still working out ?
Are you still eating properly?
Are you getting enough water?
Is there and change in your social life that would hinder your progress?
Sometime we dont look at ourselves hard enough or even want to , to see what we are doing or not doing.
You have made alot of great progress and it sounds a bit like you might have alot of other things your putting ahead of yourself.
I realize you are moving on to a major part in your life getting married and thats wonderful. But even still you will have to make you number one even during this time if you want to continue your progress.
Make sure you have help with what your going thru and hope you get thru this and congrats on the new life you will begin with your future partner.

Just want to point this out to you and anyone else who gets discouraged about their plateaus or not losing fast enough...whatever. It's been a YEAR and you've only gained 10 pounds. So when people say they have to lose 100 pounds in 6 months, consider...you didn't gain it in 6 months.

When you get discouraged about "messing up" your diet or exercise or whatever, get right back on where you left off. Don't look at it as messing up. You lost before right? You can continue losing. So you were kinda on break for a year. But you're STILL down 60 pounds. So go right back to what you were doing. You will definately be slimmer by Sept. Doubtful that you can lose 60 pounds by then, not in a healthy way anyhow, but you will be slimmer. Just remember that it took a year to gain 10, it may take awhile to lose 60. Don't force it, just eat right and exercise.

Thanks Gals,
I feel so much more motivated, I have to say that after I wrote to you's. I took the dog for a long walk, I usally walk the dog 15 mins and last night I went 30mins. I felt so good afterwards.

Thanks again, I know I can get back on track. I did it before and I can do it know. Starting today....I WILL DO IT!
