Hi - Okay 45, gained 20 lbs this winter due to....well I was going to say illness and snow, but it was more likely the Doritos and Ben and Jerry's. And since I was 10lbs up to start, I'm on a quest to lose 30 lbs.
I have lost significant weight in the past (60lbs thru WW and maintained for 10 years) but this is h a r d e r ! ! Plus, where the heck did that floaty device come from. You know, the below my waist, around my stomach?
Any suggestions about how to get that deflated would be most helpful. I am not adverse to crunches at this time! (God knows, I've never said that before!)
Any finally, any words of wisdom about weight loss and maintenance in the menopausal years?
