I just found your website today and wanted to introduce myself. I am 26 and from NY , USA. My goal is to get down to 135 pounds. I weighed 230 pounds at my highest weight and when I started eating better this time I was 198 pounds. I am down to 173 now and can't wait to keep losing. I do aerobics 2-4 times a week and eat three meals and lots of water. Well, that is enough about me. I look forward to talking to some of you.
