Hello to everyone. I'm very sorry I've been away from the board but work has me swamped.
Notice my mini goal below? I'm not going to make it. I think its unreasonable for me to think I'm going to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks and 4 days. So I need to modify it a bit.
I did finally see the 180's (189) on the scale. I feel this is a major accomplishment.
I have food under control but I need to get my butt moving. I also need to stop smoking. Smoking is part of the reason I don't exercise for long periods ... Its not that I'm tired but I'm sucking too much air .. hard to breathe.
Get to drinking that water ... put down the soda and drink up that water!!!!!!
I'm proud to say I haven't drank pop (diet or otherwise) in 3 months!!!!!
