Yeah it looks good to me, try eating more for breakfast, dinner looks good, add a little more to your lunch, maybe the turkey sandwich and salad for lunch, you shouldnt eat the same thing every day either, your body will get tired of it and you will tend to pig out on junk food or give into temptations more often b/c your bored with what your eating and not satisfied...
