sunday i used my lunch break at work and walked for a half hour, and then after work, i walked another half hour to the train station (instead of taking the bus) - and i actually ended up getting home faster that way! (bonus!)
A short, pleasant bike ride with hubby last night, 30 minutes of Veena and Neena Slim Down this morning, and I hope to get on the stability ball tonight.
8 minutes on this wierd looking exercise horse where you push your legs out and pull in with your arms at the same time. Wow, my first day trying it and it was tough.
32 minutes on the treadmill averaging about 2.5mph with a 5degree inclination
I took my kids to the biological park on Tuesday and walked pushing the stroller for a little over 3 hours. Not a great workout, but still technically exercise.
I'm planning to go to the gym for a real workout tonight.
This has GOT to count for something. Yesterday at work I unboxed, invoiced, recieved, and delivered (read: lifted, pushed, and moved many many times) 4 sets of encyclopedias at work.
