I did manage to get in a short walk tonight, but my hubby is unusually hogging the tv tonight, so no workout video. I think he had a bad day, so I'll let him have it for now.

The husband came with me and gave me some more good pointers and I will use them the next time we go up. I did my usual and it was really hard getting up on the tred today but I did it because I know I had to.
Specially since the holiday is coming up and the gym is closed on Monday. I plan on doing some outside activities to try and get some exersise in that day.

30 minutes with my new bellydance workout dvd (thanks for the recommendation, Aphil!), and 30 minutes light strength training on the stability ball.

Saturday I danced for 4 hours while attending a workshop seminar with Zahra Zuhair. (Bellydance Superstars) She kicked my BUTT.

Then...I had to take some Advil so I could perform that evening in the Evening At The Oasis show.

Aphil, you must be whipped! I actually searched for some classes nearby, but the closest is 1 1/2 hours away, which does me no good since I don't drive. Oh, well. It's not like I have the money to spare anyway

Yesterday was a sweaty half hour on my in-laws treadmill, and today (if my husband cleans up his mess in the living room) I will do a Veena & Neena video. I've already walked around the neighborhood a bit, so if he doesn't get his act together, I won't be totally out.

I did 35 minutes on the eliptical machine tonight. I need to build up my stamina, just those 35 minutes made my legs feel like noodles. But hey, I did it!

1 hour power walk yesterday. I was going to do a little bit with dumbells, too, but I forgot my instruction sheet with exercises at work.
