Hey guys, I thought id start a new challenge for all those people who miss the start of others (me lol). I thought id set a target of 14lbs loss from everyone who wants to join in, by Sat 2nd July 2005. Thats ten weeks away so averages out 1.4lbs loss per week. Easy I hear you say? Well not wen we hit those nasty plateus...or Iv we have a bad week... So startin today...tell me your stats and what diet, exercise, and water you wil all be doing!! Good Luck dieters!!!! xxx

WORKOUT; 4-5 DAYS CARIDO, 4 DAYS OF WT WORK[2 DAYS UPPER/LOWER]
