After a LOOOONG break, I decided to get back on the wagon and start working out and eating healthy. A few things triggered my motivation but I think the biggest thing was watching the documentary "Super-Size Me." What an eye opener! After seeing that, I haven't gone to any kind of fast food place!! I would like to get to my pre-pregnancy weight by fall but I'm concerned about the elasticity of my skin. I weighed 200 lbs at the end of my pregnancy. I lost 20 of it immediately and have sllloooooowly lost 15. I'm down to 162 but my skin around my stomach is all saggy looking- even worse, it's all stretch marky. What can I do now to prevent it from getting really saggy?? Skin tightening lotions? Thanks so much in advance....
