I used to always say "I will start a diet on Monday!"
Pffffffffft.
There is NO tomorrow. There is only RIGHT NOW.
Right now you need to drink some water. With 70 to lose as your goal you should drink about 80-100 ozs of water a day. You can start there. I lost my first ten pounds just by drinking 100 ozs of water a day.
Now, one month from now, you can be anywhere between 5-15 pounds lighter. Or.. you can be where you're at now. Time goes by anyway. I always tell myself that. Times goes by, and if I do what I've always done I will get NOWHERE. If I drink my water, work out everyday, and stay on plan I can and will lose weight. Dieting isn't fun.. dieting isn't glamourous. It can sometimes be interesting. At my lowest weight I started to find all kindsa cool things on my body I didn't know I had. Hello collarbones!!! But even though dieting isn't fun, either is dying an early death due to obesity related complications. You can do this girl. You gotta want it. You just gottaa want it so bad that no Twinkie or pizza is gonna screw with you anymore. I believe in you. Now, go take a nap and drink some water.
