Feeling like an antique!
 

Oh, does my muscles ache this morning! I just started exercising again on Monday and when I sat up in bed this morning I thought we would have to call a tow truck to get me off the bed! :lol: It's funny how you don't realize how badly out of shape you are until you start exercising . I didn't even do much (ya know, started with my lowest weights) and I am terribly sore, please remind me that I will feel better next week!! :^:

Your muscles are shouting Thank you for reviving us! :D Mine were killing me too and I wanted to stop exercise. But I keep going and the pain is gone and I feel great! Just think how good you will feel after the pain is gone! :goodluck:

THAAAAANK YOOOOU!!!!! I feel much loser now and I'm going to drag the groceries in from the car and hit the weights!!!!! ;)
