http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/Fpyr/guide.pdf -- when I get back from vacation on Monday, I'm going to start Medifast again and use up my existing supply from last time I did Medifast (which will last me about a week and give me a diet-boost!) and give me time to plan all this out and grocery shop, etc....... so next week, ask me how I'm doing!!!
