I can so relate to the "i'll start tomorrow so I'll blow out today". Seems like every Friday i blow my diet again. You eat one bad thing and it goes down hill from there. Alot of times when i'm having one of those cravings I eat 100 calorie oreo pack with some cool whip, then set back and pretend that it's an oreo blizzard.
