Thumbs up Yay!

Yay! I just weighed myself, and woohoo! Another 2lbs gone! I am expecting this will be it for the weight loss for the next couple of weeks. My clothes are fitting better, and I am so looking forward to my newer, healthier version of me! YAY!!! YAY! And this is the first time doing it WITHOUT starving myself!!!!

Ok, I need to exercise more, so I don't become flabbier. lol But YAY!!

Oh.. I forgot to say.. I've decided on a happy medium, as far as diet goes. Low carb/Low calorie. This is working awesome.

my mini goal for this week is to stay at 158...
my first big mini goal is to get to 145.
