I just finished the first week of my new lifestyle. I stayed on my plan all week, royally messed up the week-end. BUT, I counted every little thing anyway. I did 5 days of the treadmill,
already I can stay on longer and do a harder workout. I got back on the wagon this morning, and have done my workout 4 the day.
I feel so much better than I did last monday! How did everyone else do?
