Smile Hello, new here but rarin 2 go!

Hi everyone!

I just finished the first week of my new lifestyle. I stayed on my plan all week, royally messed up the week-end. BUT, I counted every little thing anyway. I did 5 days of the treadmill, already I can stay on longer and do a harder workout. I got back on the wagon this morning, and have done my workout 4 the day.

I feel so much better than I did last monday! How did everyone else do?

middle goal: lose 50 lbs by christmas (middle goal met)

next mini goal: have lost 65 pounds by my birthday feb. 22 (so 15more pounds)
goal met 2005
final goal: 100lbs lost


total weight loss so far: 68 pounds!!!!!!
