I have to tell myself everyday that today is a new day...
I need to keep myself on track. I did very well yesterday and I have to believe I can do the same today...
I just find myself wanting to eat things that I don't need.
All I do all day long (I feel) is pray that I make it to the next hour without a binge on something fatty or sweet.
