No, Slimfast sucks. Like you said, they don't even fill you up, and they don't offer anything of value nutritionally ... is there a necessity to lose the last five pounds to see a number on the scale OR to look and feel slimmer and sexier? If the former, weelll, you'll just have to tough it out. If the latter, hit the weights, build up some muscle. You may not lose, you may even gain, but you WILL shrink and look more toned
