I wanted to ask about using fitday.com. I have been writing down everything I eat, but (especially on the days I work) I don't get time to add it up. I thought using fitday.com might help, but I went there and it seemed confusing and complicated. What if the thing you have eaten is homemade, or the size or quantity is different than what is listed?
Any help would be appreciated.
