well i did it ....i had weigh in tonight and was at 200 1/2 grrrrrrrrr. now i am really gonna get back on track. i will be back under that mark next week.

Hello Chicks! I hope everyone is doing great! I just wanted to let everyone know that I am still here! The time just seems to be running out before my eyes, and I have another busy day today, but I’ll try to check back in later!

Peg, I understand how you feel...exactly. It almost feels like food is a drug. It seems to control us... why I don't know. And even when deep down inside you want to do better, here comes that chocolate bar, or that cake..etc. I wish I had a way to stop it myself, but all I can say Peg, is to just keep trying, keep fighting the fight. Don't give up.
