I started Atkins 6 days ago and have so far lost 7lbs!! But the results do vary for each person, and I have really committed to it I don't eat any more than 20g of carbs a day and the first 2 days were a bit difficult but I'm doing well now I recommend you check out the Atkins boards, there is a ton of info on atkins there AND there is a board with a ton of low carb recipes, I've tried several of them and they have so far been pretty good And if you are a careful shopper you can find that there are many substitutes for the carb filled foods you love!
