Girl- Throw that stuff away!!!!Even here on the net you can find a healthy eating plan.That is the way to go.. Weight Watchers or Tops groups will do you more good. Pills are a crutch and in the long run really are not healthy.They just speed you up and could make you very sick..I know because I went all those routes and none of it worked. What it did do is give me a heart irregularity. Not good!..Getting on a good eating plan and sticking with it is best and more lasting. You want to lose slow. Joanne
