Being a person who has a few chronic health issues, I thought it might be a good idea to start up a thread for those going through the same. Sometimes, having ongoing health problems makes it particularly challenging for those trying to lose weight and incorporate exercise into their daily lives.

If you share in this struggle and would like a place to come to share ideas and provide support and motivation to others going through the same, please join me here;)

Hi = I do have chronic health issues too. But I post in the fibrothread on the Dieting with health issues thread. Take a peek there - may be one listing your specifics. I don't have fibro but the ladies there kindly asked me to join them. (I have RA and am hypothyroid.)
