Back and ready to do this!!
So I joined a while ago and then stopped dropping by... why, I don’t know.
Anyway - since I was here last, my life has gone through some major changes. Firstly, my partner and I got engaged on Christmas Day. And we are now planning a July wedding
Secondly - we moved from where we were living in Perth, Western Australia, to a small country town up in the far north of the state. Away from family and friends. We have been here since October 2017 and we love it. We came up here because I got a job. Which I enjoy. And my fiancé now has a casual job but still earning good money and getting decent hours - doing much better than we were in the last few years.
And thirdly - I have finally started to lose weight!!
I started losing weight once we had moved up here. And then I made a friend and we have been helping each other. In January I did a 30 day challenge. By the end of January I had lost about 12 kilos since the beginning of October. In February I had only put back on 2.3 kilos - which is an achievement for me. So once again I am doing the 30 day challenge- except it will be going longer than 30 days.
For the first time in ages I feel in control. I don’t have stress of people telling me what I can and can’t eat or do. I’m free to live my life and lose weight the way I find possible.
I’m happy about that
For the first time in just under a year - I am back under 150kgs
