Good Morning, Everyone!
A brand new month!
So DH wanted to go to this farm place today for lunch. It's a farm to table. BUFFET! This man is killing me. You would think they would have a salad since it's Summer. They also have a menu but I'm not sure if they have that at lunch or only the buffet. Not a lot of info online about it. Again, we'll see. DH also has a cooler with ice so he can bring back some stuff. They have fresh sausage, all kinds of beans, etc. When we get back home this afternoon, my friend and I are going to the gym. I have really enjoyed going swimming at the gym. It really feels like a treat for myself, like a spa type thing. Or maybe like a recharge your system type thing. Know what I mean? It's not like I'm actually working out.
Last night I added on: Tamilee Webb's Total Body Stretch (standing)
This Morning: Oxycise in the Office 2
Calories for yesterday: 1540 +
Weigh In: 179.2 (3rd day)
No Change
I ate quite a few peanuts, when I had my weak moment the other day. I have always known that peanuts were not good for my system, for some reason. It takes a couple days to get back to normal. My Mom could eat peanuts and have to go to the restroom
but I feel constipated. Way TMI, but the truth.
Have a wonderful day!

Proverbs 2:10-11, 20
When wisdom entereth into thine heart, and knowledge is pleasant unto thy soul; Discretion shall preserve thee, understanding shall keep thee: That thou mayest walk in the way of good men, and keep the paths of the righteous.
Knowing what is right and doing what is right are completely different matters. Jessica knew she should lose weight, and she knew the way to do that was to cut back on what she was eating. The problem was that she didn't want to give up any of the foods she loved. She just wasn't committed enough. A friend of hers told her that she had all the knowledge she needed in her head, but none of it was in her heart. The reason she couldn't stick to her diet was that she didn't want to lose weight badly enough. When we find ourselves lacking the proper desire, we need to turn to the Lord, to ask His strength for doing what we know to be right.
Today's thought: Dieting is more than a matter of the mind. It's a matter o f the heart!
