Good morning everyone! like to wave to all today

Round 2, week 1 day 5 exercise complete!
WI still up but eh I am ok with it.

However I do want to complain a bit about non scale stuff. Have any of you ever experienced a company who takes the extreme route for security? I am so frustrated right now. Company has our email address incorrect in files, so we did not get notices of payment due. Called tech people like I should, they won't correct the address until they can verify the owner of the account by sending them a picture ID, which I did, I already gave them over the phone the last 4 of the password, and I just want to pay the bill they will not let me until the billing department verifies the email that I sent to them to correct the problem. I am now suppose to call back later when then have had a chance to review the email. WHAT????? I just want to pay the bill at the rate that the guy told me yesterday would only be good for 24 hours and guy today says he can't tell me if it will be there when they finish on their end.

oh rant over

Just finished at work.
Already had my calories, but I'm getting hungier.
Going for a long nap see if that helps get through the hours.

Thanks Diana for the workout info. I checked out Tamilee Webb videos on YouTube, seems like a relaxed stretching exercise. I can incorporate it with my other videos.

I recorded Classical Stretch with Miranda Esmonde-White, she is on KCET/KLCS one of our public television stations.

Now, I have a better idea, I will look for low impact aerobics & stretching videos on YouTube and use the laptop for viewing.

I recorded one called Power Yoga, quickly got dizzy and deleted it.

Diana you and Teddy will be in my prayers

Today the original owner of the business I work at officially retired from the company, his business partner bought him out last year and he stayed on as part of the contract they had. The catered lunch in....Mexican.....LOL but I thought ahead and brought my big bowl from home and loaded up on the lettuce, cheese, some of the beef and green salsa. Poof taco salad

Tomorrow, retail therapy with my sister, I am need of some knit tops or blouses that are long sleeved yet light. Too cold here for short sleeves but too hot for winter sweaters. Need those tween clothes in weight and size.

tomorrow is a rest day for me but I am sure I will get plenty of steps in so yeah

I will check in tomorrow so until then all ....make the best choices you can and if you slip well move forward! Next time will be better

Good morning,

Diana - my prayers for the best outcome possible for Teddy! It's always scary to face medical issues, so I pray for your calm heart as well.

Nancy - good job thinking ahead! I hope to some day be that owner retiring - lol. Actually I have a 5 year plan in place and a succession plan laid out. Fingers crossed it all works out.

I made it 30 minutes spinning yesterday. I've been worried because I usually walk/jog/hike at least an hour a day and burn a ton of calories. However, I've lost quite a bit this week - 2.6 lbs! Today I'm going to walk for an hour on the treadmill. I want to keep mixing it up.

I have been really counting and conscious this week on the calories. Our outdoor furniture was delivered yesterday and I had extra calories so I had some wine sitting outside watching the sunset.

Woohoo, 5 lbs total lost as of this morning.

I am staying on plan today, making crab salad for lunch with Naan bread and broccoli.

Dinner will be shrimp, with brown rice & veggies.

Diana, hope everything is okay with your husband, sending good thoughts and my prayers to you and Teddy.

morning!

Diana Prayers for your DH, Teddy. Prayer is so powerful! He is so lucky to have you

I am down over a pound this morning, thankfully! yesterday I was up to 160.2 (salt) and this morning 159.0. Bike ride today!

I bought the most amazing looking black cargo pants by Johnny Was online yesterday...this girl on Poshmark was selling them for $69 and she said they were only worn and washed once. They retail everywhere for over $200 and I am super excited for them

okay so dinner last night was Amy's organic spinach and tomato pizza - no bad effects on the scale this morning from it. It was so good. Right now I'm just having my coffee as I just got up.

I have no real plans for food yet today! I hope you all have a great day it's going to be 85 here and sunny
