Hi Ladies!

Only time for a quick update, as I'm still trying to recover from my trip. Funny how things pile up in just a couple days.

Having a little trouble reining back in my food since coming home. Ate a lot of chocolate over the weekend, and now I've got all kinds of cravings. Movie night tonight, pizza night tomorrow, christmas party on Saturday, I'm not seeing a really good trend coming. But I'm heading to the grocery store today to meal prep for my new program on Sunday. I may do terrible between now and then, but I will KILL this program once I start.

Smile December goals 2016

HI there. Just reporting in. Just got kicked out for taking too long...

Every little bit counts. I am down a little.
216/218/211.1/211.7/211.4/209

EXERCISE: swam 30+laps. Ran out of pool time.
DIET: ate some junk food at a social event...but did not "overdo" it.

Margot, a food mover is a diet tool that Richard Simmons invented. It is about the size of a checkbook. There are different cards you can slide into it, depending upon how many calories you plan to consume for the day. When you open it up, there are a number of slots for various food groups/water/exercise/self affirmations, etc. You slide down a "window" each time you do something. I like it because it uses food groups and is easy. I don't like counting calories. The one problem I have with it, is that I consume a lot of sweets, and it doesn't have enough slots for that. If I keep track of sweets, I really start to cut back. I was able to cut up some postettes and put them above some of the self-affirmation slots that I don't use and write in some of my own goals and to record sweets.

Good morning ladies,

A quick check in for me as it's a super busy day at work. All is going well with my plan. Eating is good and I've been getting my walks in at Stone Mtn for the past two days. It may be a little too cold to go today though. I will be going down to FL in the morning to check on my Mom who was admitted to the hospital yesterday. I will check in while I'm away to be sure I stay on track.

This morning my weight was 207.6. I'm getting oh so close to onderland!

Have a great Friday everyone.

Morning/Afternoon all

Well not sure what happened to my post last night but it is gone
So for a quickie check in...I did fine yesterday but I so wanted to eat outside of my plan but resisted ...this time

MonteCristo I love your additional tracker for your weights! I really need to find the link for those trackers again I have no idea where it was so many moons ago

Today and yesterday I am/did eat breakfast later in the am to ward off so much of the hunger I have been feeling. Also since we are having a cold snap I am just not that hungry when I get up.

Weight the same with just minor fluctuations. between 175.4-175.6...and Monday was so nice at 175 even. Just want it to stay lower

I have to say that all the posts look so positive which is so awesome. Everyone seems to be in a positive frame of mind, the best place to be : is it because?????santa: I want to be on the good list this year

Just poking my head in again today so sorry about no personals.

Just had a Chinese Takeaway and it was amazing, an early morning power walk I think needs to be on the cards for the morning.

This weekend needs to be spent working my butt off!

HI Everyone!

I hope everyone is doing well. I feel bad about not doing personals but life has went into fast forward again. It appears that most of us have a lot going on right now.

My back is continuing to improve. I'm still doing the therapy workouts for it. I can't believe the pain I was in on Saturday/Sunday and how much I have improved since then. I am so glad that I bought those DVD's when I found them. I have had them for a while. This is only my second time for having the SI joint pain. I heard about another DVD that was really good and I ordered that one, too. It has shorter segments, where as the ones I am doing now are longer.

I am interested in the Squatty Potty thing. Update on that when you can. I always see them in the Bed Bath and Beyond.

Who was it that bought a workout DVD? Which one did you get and did you get a chance to try it out?

Hello ladies!
I know I almost never post when I'm home on the weekend, but since quitting the birth control I dropped 4 pounds. Crazy right??? I remember when I took it the first time and quit I dropped 6.
Knowing it will still not drop super quickly, I know I am making progress, ever so slow, and that motivates me. Each day is a goal.
Today I did my workout and ate healthy except while baking some Christmas cookies I had a little bit of dough Oh well. It was a good day and it's so good to be with my family.
Going back to school tomorrow, as I have a Serology Final exam on Monday.

Today's workout was T25 Speed 2.0.
Everyone have a great weekend!!!!!
