Hi there,

Am going to try to make this a quicky. Am pleased, because weight is still going down despite my sweet consumption. Oh, only two frappes this week.

218/214/212.7/209

No exercise yet today.

Fiber bars: bought some big boxes (38) of Fiber One bars for $6 at a buyout store (Big Lot), for those on a budget....

Plan to visit alternative Y today...

Punky, good to meet you. Glad you are having good success with the new eating plan!

Lost a bit of what I gained on the binge the previous day. 4.6 lbs away from maintenence weight.

Hi all --- Still in VA. Heading to Myrtle Beach on Sunday for a week. The place has 6 pools, jacuzzi, saunas, and steam rooms. Oh ... and near the Ocean! Looking forward to the trip. I'm then heading home -- I decided against heading to Florida. I have some things pending at home!! My friends are so happy that I'm heading home earlier than the end of March. I am too -- You know Dorothy was right "There's no place like home!"

Yesterday's deviation - calories over...unknown...didn't track. Had another binge last night. That is 3 nights in a row. Not sure what is going on here. I've got to get a grip. TOM is a week away, could be part of it. The only saving grace is that I have been exercising a lot these last 3 days, like 500 calories burned per day.

Today - WI 201; up .8. I'm up 3 pounds from my low this month. I've got to get cracking for my end of month weigh-in! Calories 1,558, 152 under; 106 carb, 22 under; fat 64, 7 over; protein 160, 11 under; sodium 3,251, 951 over; sugar 34, 22 under.

Exercise - walked 2.7 miles with dogs; cardio at gym, 30 minutes; total calories burned 510. Strength training, 20 minutes, upper body. Stretching, 15 minutes. Steps, 11,228.

Water - 96 ounces.

Today was on point. Total calories consumed were 969. I did a double workout today: upper body & cardio. Total steps are 12,000+

Breakfast: 1 apple with 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter & a homemade granola bar (308 cals)

Snack 1: 1 purple container of mandarin oranges & a babybel cheese (181 cals)

Lunch: 4 oz Chicken Breast with a cucumber & red onion salad and 1 tsp greek feta dressing (145 cals)

Snack: 2 homemade clean eating muffins (132 cals)

Dinner: Homemade chicken salad using greek yogurt, tzatziki, celery, red onion, and pepper over a bed of romaine lettuce (203 calories)

Good morning!

Yes, nice to meet you all!!

Drinking shakeo as I study for Serology test. LAST test of the week, then the weekend. My brain is fried!
Today on the exercise schedule is - REST. I just worked out 6 days in a row, today after class I'm visiting my boyfriend (he's an hour away from me right now, starting college in the spring since he just spent 4 years in the army), and we are going to be festive and carve pumpkins!
We are also making a healthy version of chicken broccoli alfredo (my plate will probably have more broccoli than pasta haha!)

flower123- And I guess I am 2/3 of the way there, but my lowest weight ever was 180 and I just want to get beyond that. Then I will extend my goal, most likely. Over the past 4 years I have been on a plateau, jumping between weights 190 and 215. Thankfully I'm back down to 190. This is why I've decided to try 21 day fix portion control. I'm eating the lowest bracket and I am still not really hungry between meals/snacks. I have 3 meals and 2 snacks a day (the meals are a bit bigger than the snacks so I can't really say 5 meals)

Good morning all,

Going in a little late this morning due to an early season snow/wintry mix, I don't need much of an excuse 2 years until I'm eligible to retire. Had a nice drop this morning despite trying rolled chicken tacos at Taco Bell yesterday. I have to look up the nutritional info for them. My goal for this week is to be better about tracking, I was a tracker slacker this past week, don't want that to become a habit. No haircut, so bangs are still annoying (beloved ) maybe tonight...
