Soo in January this year I decided that I was going to lose 1 lb a week.
Every time I aimed for more, I always set myself up to fail, and I am done with failing.
So the 1lb a week was working very well. During the last 6 weeks of getting my Honours Degree, I maintained
. However, I am 26 lbs down from my highest ever weight so far and I am very excited about it.
It is also 125 weeks until I turn 30 and I refuse to be "overweight" by that point. Apparently I need to be below 11 stone (154lbs) to be within this category. I am currently 297lbs which means that I have 143lbs still to lose before I hit that target.
I must lose 1.15 lbs per week to hit 154 by the time I turn 30.
Challenge accepted!
Does anyone else have a big goal like mine?
