Did some additional research, and I'm thinking that my calories are actually too low. With my activity level, I'm burning about 2500 per day, so only eating 1500 puts me at a 1000 calorie deficit per day. Seems like too big of a deficit, especially since I'm doing a recomp rather than just fat loss. So I'm going to try 1750 for two weeks and see what happens. I'm a little scared, but even if it is totally wrong, that's only an extra 3500 calories/1lb I'd gain.

I think that's a great idea for you. Good luck! I hope it works for you. Those muscles with enjoy the extra fuel.

Today was on point again. 1,102 calories of clean eating and a lower body workout plus some treadmill too. I also got in 11,000 plus steps.

BW/Monte: My goal was 195 (11 lbs) for the month. I will be weighing myself tomorrow to see if I achieved it officially! Will be setting a goal of 185 for the month of September! See you guys in the September group tomorrow!
